Special Instructions:
There are remote area surcharges for delivering packages at certain locations. also packages will be billed dimensionally where applicable. Fuel Sur Charges will be charged on actual basis (which varies every month) all cargo is subject to inspection.
Valid Account:
A valid account number must be established for discounts to apply.
Service:
This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which ShipGlobal agrees to provide certain transportation services to customer.
Pricing:
ShipGlobal will provide the delivery service from our facility in New York to the door of the receiver. These services will be provided with the discounted pricing as shared with customer. These pricing shall only be available to the locations and account numbers approved and identified by ShipGlobal. Customer is prohibited from reselling or offering pricing to any other party without the prior written consent of ShipGlobal and failure to comply with this may result in immediate cancellation of this Agreement.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 15 days from the date of invoice. Customer agrees to pay for all the shipments in full within the time period required by ShipGlobal. Customer agrees to remit a deposit for duties and replenish it each week.
Confidentiality
Customer and ShipGlobal agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement including rates, terms and conditions as well as any discussions during the Term. Neither party shall post or publically display Confidential Information or share with any third party without written consent of the other party.
Term:
The discounts and rates take effect following the signing of this Agreement and will continue until terminated by either party. Customer may terminate the agreement at any time upon 30days prior written notice to ShipGlobal.
